I had a property that I inherited with some foundation issues. I tried to list it with a realtor, but it was a nightmare. I got a letter from Waty Buys and gave them a call. Watson came out the next day, gave me an offer and closed 1.5 weeks later. I really enjoyed the process and the price he gave me!

I had a few IRS liens on my property and I was still given an extremely fair offer by Watson. I really don’t know how he did it. Their attorney had the full amount wired to my bank in about 9 total days. They were so easy to work with and I’m glad I didn’t have to work with a realtor.

Honest and fast is all I can say. From the time I accepted the offer to the time we closed on my home was less than 10 days. I was always kept in the loop of what was going on and found it very smooth. I really enjoyed working with Watson on this process.
