Do I need to make repairs?

No – I’ll but the property “As-Is”.  No repairs are needed by you.  From a leaky faucet to a roof falling in no repair is too small or too big.

Are there any fees or commissions?

Zero – The price we agree upon is the full price you get.  I pay all the attorneys’ closing fees while you get 100% of the offer price.

How quickly can you buy my house?

We can close as quickly as 7-10 days.  That means you’ll have the money for your house in about 1 week.

Why should I choose you and not another company?

I offer a hands-on approach that typical yields a higher offer price for your property.  Since I’m local I also know the market as opposed to a company who offers you solely based on a value listed on a website.  Most other home buyers don’t purchase your home either.  They agree on a price and then mark it up and sell your contract to an investor before the home is sold and take the difference as profit. I don’t do that – I offer, and I buy it from you 100% of the time.

Do I need to clean my house out?

Absolutely not.  You can take anything you want out and leave the rest there.

I have bad tenants – What do I do with them?

Nothing – We’ll handle it.  Nothing will be said until the sale is complete and then we’ll contact them to let them know of the ownership change.

I have back taxes – What happens with them?

We’ll pay them!  Our offer price is 100% what you’ll receive.  We never back anything out of it.

Are you the actual buyer of my house?

Yes – I am not a hedge fund or corporate buyer.  I’m a local investor that resides in Atlanta.  I specialize in single family homes throughout Metro Atlanta.
